Welcome back to the City of Grand Terrace eNews!

This is G. Harold Duffey, City Manager for the City of Grand Terrace. We all agree that Grand Terrace is a wonderful place to live and work. We have had to endure some of the most abnormal times over the last three (3) months with COVID-19 and now we must deal with the potential threat of protests that could lead to property damage and harm to our citizens.  Therefore, in concert with the Sheriff’s Department, we are declaring a curfew in Grand Terrace starting tonight at 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. until further notice.  I apologize to our business community and the law abiding citizens of Grand Terrace, but your safety is our primary concern.  I want you to know that during this curfew, you should feel safe in the community, as the Sheriff’s Department is committed to the safety of Grand Terrace residents.
