Welcome back to the City of Grand Terrace eNews!

In November of 1984, Byron Matteson was elected to the Grand Terrace City Council, Mr. Mattson would later become Mayor and help shape the City of Grand Terrace for decades to come.  Mr. Matteson passed away peacefully on December 14, 2020.  The City Council of Grand Terrace will close their January 12, 2021 meeting in honor of Mr. Matteson.
