San Bernardino County to move to Red Tier

L.A., Orange, and San Bernardino Counties, which have each fallen below 10 cases per 100,000 people for the past two weeks, would be able to move into the red tier 48 hours after the state made its announcement on Friday.

Exactly when counties relax their rules will fall on local health authorities. San Bernardino County officials have said they plan to enact red tier reopening rules beginning Sunday.  L. A.
