This is an update for the City Council and residents on the ongoing power outage impacting our community.
Power continues to remain out in portions of the city, including the Senior Center. Warm centers will remain open and operational until power is restored as follows:
- City Hall – Open and staffed 24 hours a day.
- Senior Center – Open from 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
There are two (2) Community business warm centers set-up (these are not City staffed warm centers).
- LowBrow Ink - 22077 Barton Rd, Grand Terrace
- Get Loaded - 12210 Michigan St, Grand Terrace
Our warm centers are equipped with wi-fi, charging stations, light snacks and water.
So far, warm centers have provided more than 700 meals and have had 3,000 unique visitors.
All Schools are open and any after school programs will only be available until 3:30pm.

FOR BUSINESSES ONLY: The freezer truck located at City Hall has been extended to Thursday.
We would like to thank the Water District for their extraordinary efforts in keeping our water flowing. During the power outages this has been no small feat. Thank you!
