The City of Grand Terrace provides domestic animal control field services and licensing, including: animal nuisance complaints, loose dog calls, dead animal removal from streets/city property and other animal control field services.
To report dead animals, file animal nuisance complaints, or any other animal control related issues, please click the report an issue button above and enter your concern.

Please take note of the following information:
• Up to 4 dogs or cats are allowed on detached single-family houses.
• Dog licenses can only be issued with proof of current/updated rabies vaccination and proof of spay or neuter (if applicable).
• Your dog license will expire on the expiration date of your rabies vaccination. Your rabies vaccination date is your new dog license renewal date.
