City of Grand Terrace

The Emergency Management Program is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. The program is dedicated to preparing the employees and citizens of Grand Terrace for the impacts of emergencies and disasters, both natural and man-made.

County of San Bernardino Office of Emergency Services
The Office of Emergency Services (County OES) is a Division of the San Bernardino County Fire Department. County OES is responsible for disaster planning and emergency management coordination throughout the San Bernardino County Operational Area (OA) by functioning as the Lead Agency for the OA, County OES serves a County population of over 2 million and over 20,100 square miles.

Community Emergency Response Teams

The Community Emergency Response Team are the neighborhoods first response in a major disaster.
