Richard Rollins Park
Richard Rollins Community Park, located at 22745 De Berry Street in Grand Terrace near the corner of Mt. Vernon and De Berry, is located behind Terrace Hills Middle School. The park was recently renovated with the addition of new shelters, new play lots and a concession stand for weekend events. In addition to 12 acres of fields, the park amenities include:
- Four shelters, two with BBQs and electrical outlets
(Shelter C and D)
- Cement walking track with disabled access
- Tot lot with swings
- Playground with slides
- 24-hour recorded camera surveillance
Shelter Rates
Shelters at all parks are free and available to the public. To guarantee a shelter for a birthday party or family event, it is suggested that you reserve a shelter, especially on weekends, with Community Services. Reserved shelters with paid reservations will take priority.
Shelter A & B - four tables per shelter (top of park)
No barbeque and no electric outlets
Shelter C & D - four tables per shelter (bottom of park)
One barbeque per shelter and electric outlets (for minor equipment)
Shelter Rentals for Grand Terrace residents:
Four picnic tables with Shelter: $10.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours
Non-Grand Terrace residents:
Four picnic tables with Shelter: $15.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours
Field Rental Rates - Pico Park / Richard Rollins Park
$15.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours
Field Lighting
$16.00 per hour June - September
$10.00 per hour October - May
All applications/permits require the following:
$10.00 Registration Fee (cash, check, or money order)
$50.00 Refundable Deposit (check or money order)
Separate checks for registration and deposit are requested.
