Electronic Building Permit Applications
Our online permitting system allows customers to apply for building permits electronically, making the process convenient. Applicants can submit and manage permit requests for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work entirely online.
Electronic Permitting Process
Electronic permitting is available for the following permit types:

After an application is submitted, staff will review it within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) to confirm application details and provide a payment link.
Once payment is made, the applicant must notify staff. Please allow up to 24 hours for approved permit materials to be emailed directly to the applicant.
