Event: 11th Annual Walk on Blue Mountain
​Date: Saturday, March 3rd, 2018

Location: Palm Ave. & Honey Hill Dr.
​Description: Come join us at the 11th Annual Walk On Blue Mountain! In addition to enjoying the spectacular views from the Blue Mountain, residents will be able to relax and enjoy breakfast burritos and shaved ice from food trucks at the corner of Palm Avenue and Honey Hill Drive.

​The City will also be partnering with software development company Niantic, Inc., creators of real world augmented reality games Ingress and Pokemon GO, to make this Blue Mountain Walk one to remember! Read the press release here for more information.

​Description: The Grand Terrace Art Show, hosted by the Historical and Cultural Activities Committee showcases the work of local artists.

Location(s): Veterans Freedom Park, Susan Petta Park, Richard Rollins Park
​Description: To celebrate its Fabulous 40th Anniversary, the City of Grand Terrace will host a summer movie series. The event will be precluded by music in in the park to allow residents to come early and enjoy music as the cold night air supplants the air from the warm afternoon. Bring blankets and chairs from home and enjoy!

Event: 40th Anniversary Family Picnic & Car Show
Date: Saturday, October 13, 2018
Time: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: Terrace View Elementary
Description: The City of Grand Terrace is celebrating its Fabulous 40th Anniversary with a family picnic and car show! The celebration will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., at Terrace View Elementary School, located at 22731 Grand Terrace Road, Grand Terrace, CA. There will be food galore, games and live entertainment!

Event: Veterans Day & Fireworks Show
​Date: Sunday, November 11, 2018
Time: TBD
Location: Veterans Freedom Park
​Description: Veterans Freedom Park is home of the City of Grand Terrace's Veterans Wall of Freedom. This year, 40 new inductees will be honored, along with many other veterans, with plaques on the Veterans Wall of Freedom, at the City's Veterans Day Celebration. The City will host an afternoon picnic with games and food trucks. The event will conclude with a fireworks display, to be viewed from Veterans Freedom Park.

Event: 37th Annual Country Fair

Location: 22795 Barton Road (City Hall)
​Description: The City of Grand Terrace's Historical and Cultural Activities Committee allows craftsmen and women to display and sell their work. This event is also host to the popular Country Fair baking and chili cook-off contests.

This year, the City would like to augment the program by adding a certified farmer's market, as well as music consistent with a country fair.

Event: The 4th Annual Light Up Grand Terrace Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

​Description: The Light Up Grand Terrace holiday tree lighting ceremony is one of the year's most popular events. This event is host to hours of community entertainment, food and fun-filled activities, ice skating, Santa, and of course, the tree lighting ceremony!
