Report a Concern

The Report a Concern portal allows residents to quickly and easily notify the City of non-emergency issues such as potholes, debris, code violations, or general maintenance concerns. Submitting a request ensures it is routed to the appropriate department for review and response. 

This is not an emergency reporting system. All requests will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with City of Grand Terrace policies and within the limits of available resources.

The City of Grand Terrace encourages residents and visitors to always be vigilant and act as eyes and ears. 
If You See Something, Say Something is a national anti-terrorism awareness campaign emphasizing the importance of reporting suspicious activity to law enforcement. 

Report suspicious activity to local authorities or call 9-1-1 in case of emergency.

What to Report
Be specific and provide details such as:
WHAT did you see?
WHO did you see?
WHEN did it happen?
WHERE did it occur?
WHY is it suspicious?
